General Information:

With the Culture Ampoule, you can inoculate your own substrate at home with Magic Mushrooms cultures. Traditional spore prints and syringes carry a higher risk of contamination and a lower chance of a successful mushroom harvest. The Culture Ampoule contains the mushroom culture and can be inoculated directly into the substrate. Experience a fantastic and unique trip. Below you will find the instructions in five easy steps.

The Culture Ampoule has a shelf life of approximately 6 months when refrigerated. Outside of refrigeration, the Culture Ampoule has a limited shelf life.

Culture Ampoule Instructies:

Stap 1
Was je handen grondig en maak de buitenkant van de Culture Ampoule schoon met een schone, natte doek. Wij raden aan om een alcoholdoekje te gebruiken om eventuele bacteriën te elimineren.

Stap 2
De bijgeleverde spuit is steriel verpakt. Zorg ervoor dat deze niet besmet raakt en open deze in een schone omgeving.

Stap 3
Draai het dopje van de Culture Ampoule iets los zodat deze niet vacuüm trekt tijdens het vullen van de spuit.

Stap 4
Steek de naald door de rubberen afdichting en trek de spuit vol.

Stap 5
De naald is nu gereed en de cultuur kan in het gewenste substraat worden gespoten. Laat deze op kamertemperatuur groeien. Binnen enkele dagen zal het mycelium zichtbaar worden.

Werking:
Magische paddenstoelen bevatten de werkzame stof psilocybine. Psilocybine wordt in het lichaam omgezet in psilocine, een stof met hallucinerende werking. Deze stof heeft effect op de serotoninehuishouding in de hersenen. Serotonine is een stof in de hersenen die signalen omtrent zelfvertrouwen, slaap, emotie, seksuele activiteit en eetlust opvangt. Psilocine zorgt voor een ‘magische’ invloed op deze serotoninehuishouding. Hierdoor ontstaat de bekende hallucinogene trip.

LET OP:
Magische Paddenstoelen bevatten van nature ook de stoffen psilocybine en psilocine. Psilocybine en psilocine zijn hallucinogenen. Hallucinogenen zijn stoffen met een bewustzijns veranderende werking, die hallucinaties kunnen opwekken.
